You may create an account using the sign-in options available on the website, or place an order as a guest. Please provide accurate account information and keep your password and sign-in access private.

Use only an account you are authorised to access. Contact PetMa if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Product pages show descriptions, images, prices and usage information. Read the product label and directions before use, and contact PetMa if information is unclear.

Pet care guides are educational and do not replace professional veterinary advice. Seek advice from a veterinarian when your pet has a health concern.

Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees. Review the products, quantities, any applied discount, delivery charge and total shown at checkout before placing your order.

The delivery fee is Rs. 450 per order. An empty cart has no delivery charge. Delivery details are set out in our Returns & Delivery policy.

Provide your customer and delivery details, review your cart and submit the order through checkout. A successfully submitted order shows an Order confirmed message on the website.

The PetMa team will call to confirm delivery. Customers with an account can view orders in their account. Contact PetMa if you are unsure whether an order was received.

Cash on delivery is available throughout Sri Lanka. The current checkout uses cash on delivery; these terms do not offer a card payment option that is not available in checkout.

Check that your name, contact details, address, city and delivery instructions are correct. Be reachable using the contact details supplied so PetMa can confirm delivery, and arrange payment when your cash on delivery order arrives.

If you notice an error in your order, contact PetMa promptly. Before returning a product, contact PetMa and receive confirmation of acceptance as described in the Returns & Delivery policy.
