Delivery information and the steps to follow before returning a PetMa product.
Delivery throughout Sri Lanka
PetMa delivers throughout Sri Lanka. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Please provide an accurate address, city and phone number. You can add delivery instructions or a landmark at checkout to help with delivery.
Delivery fee
A flat delivery fee of Rs. 450 applies per order. There is no delivery charge when the cart is empty.
The delivery charge is shown with your order total at checkout.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available island-wide. The PetMa team will call to confirm delivery after your order is submitted.
Contact us before returning an item
Returns are accepted only after PetMa confirms acceptance. You must contact PetMa and receive confirmation before returning an item.
When contacting us, provide your order details, the product concerned and the reason for your request so PetMa can review it and explain the next steps.
This policy does not promise automatic refunds, exchanges or a specific refund timeline. Discuss any proposed resolution with PetMa before sending an item back.
