Email/password registration asks for your full name, email address and password. Authentication is handled by our existing Supabase account service, which manages sign-in and sessions.

If you choose Continue with Google, Google and the sign-in service process your authentication. Basic account information, such as your email and profile name, may be provided to identify your account. PetMa does not ask for your Google password. Google's own privacy policy applies to its services.

Checkout collects your name, email, phone number, delivery address and city, with optional delivery instructions or a landmark. Orders also include the products, quantities, prices and pet details entered during checkout.

You can order without creating an account. If you use an account, the website can store profile details and show your order history. My Pets can store pet names, types, dates of birth and uploaded pet photos.

PetMa uses customer and order information to process orders, arrange delivery, contact customers about their orders and provide account features. Authorised PetMa administrators can access customer, pet and order details for these purposes.

If you contact PetMa directly by phone or email, the details you provide are used to respond to your enquiry or request. Please avoid sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

The website uses browser storage to remember your cart and saved products. The account service also uses session information to keep you signed in.

The website includes Google Analytics for standard page and traffic measurement when tracking is configured. It sends page-view information to Google, and Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Google's privacy information explains how Google processes analytics data.

Account, order and pet records are handled through PetMa's existing external Supabase service. The website uses authentication and access checks for account and administrator features. Pet photos use the existing photo storage service.

No online service can guarantee complete security. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion of every record. Contact PetMa for information about your particular records and any delivery-related use of your details.

You can ask PetMa about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion by using the contact details below. PetMa may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Some profile and pet details can also be updated from your account. Contact PetMa to discuss requests that are not available through the website and whether particular order records need to be kept.
